Spring into string quite the fling

Teachers, students, a Juno Award winner, aspiring young vocalists and guitarists were on equal footing on the shared William Glesby Centre stage March 15 during the Spring into String fundraiser. The concert raised about $1,200 for the guitar programs at Ecole Arthur Meighan School, Portage Collegiate Institute and the PCI Rock Room. Here Juno Award winner Mike Rud, just right of centre, joins teachers and students in a raucous rendition of AC/DC's It's a Long Way to the Top(if you want to rock and roll).
