Break in still under investigation

The Portage Citizen — Portage la Prairie RCMP continue to investigate the April 11 break and enter at Clarity Vision Centre on Saskatchewan Ave.

RCMP were called to the Clarity Vision Centre on April 11 around 3:45 a.m. to find the front window smashed. Several displays were destroyed and an undisclosed amount of glasses were stolen. RCMP continues to examine forensic evidence from the crime scene to help identifying those involved.

Portage la Prairie continue to investigate break-in at Clarity Vision Centre.

Investigators are asking that anyone with knowledge of the incident please contact the Portage la Prairie RCMP at 204-857-4445, or your local police detachment. Anonymous tips can be made through Manitoba Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), text “TIPMAN” plus your message to CRIMES (274637) or by visiting www.manitobacrimestoppers.com. Tips leading to the identification of suspects or the return of stolen property could receive cash awards.
