Toronto, New York – TheNewswire – November 27, 2020 – Binovi Technologies Corp., (Binovi) (TSXV:VISN) | (OTC:BNVIF), a leader is neuro-vision performance technology, announces that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, it intends to settle $214,088.70 in outstanding indebtedness to an arms-length party through the issuance of an aggregate of 1,223,364 common shares at a price of $ 0.175 per share. The shares issued under the debt settlement will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance.
