At 6-years-old Molly Plesh’s fishing prowess is already known at Sportsman’s Corner.
During last week’s annual Children’s Wish Foundation fishing derby, the juvenile angler weighed in with a 2.38 lbs. Pickerell on Saturday. Good at the time for the heaviest and top of the leaderboard.
Asked what’s her secret, Molly didn’t bat an eye and answered like a seasoned tournament pro: “trolling using salted minnows and patience.”
